Since attending Columbia College and completing a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice in 2002, I then became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 from SpaTech Institute in Plymouth, MA. I am passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being. With my fresh and intuitive approach, I specialize in treatment massage with a focus on chronic pain, injury, and disease. I use a variety of techniques that include but not limited to: sports, deep tissue, Hot/Cold Stone, and trigger point.  I also specialize in Migraine work, scar reduction, & pre-natal massage.  I am a Certified Infant Massage Educator, Certified Doula and teach foam roller fitness.

My goal is to help improve the quality of life, restoring hope. I stand on the firm foundation of faith, that a pain-free life is possible.
